Our teas, from Alaya Teas, are sourced from organic estates and farms that are building soil health and going back to regenerative practices: no tilling, no pesticides, and no synthetic inputs. All our teas come from biodynamic estates. All our herbals come from organic farms, which have transitioned to regenerative agriculture.
DARJEELING GREEN TEA
A unique offering, our Darjeeling Green tea has not been oxidized like its counterpart, Darjeeling Second Flush, and thus it retains its green color and is dried and rolled shortly after being harvested. This fragrant, aromatic Green tea is light, refreshing, and nutty.

HIBISCUS FLOWERS
This tropical flower is not only beautiful on the eyes, but makes for a soothing tea with tart, tangy notes. Regenerative organic certified hibiscus flowers grown in Uttar Pradesh are plucked at their peak, dried, and preserved in their natural beauty. Brew over the stovetop to let the flavors truly develop, then strain out the flowers and enjoy. These flowers are also lovely as an iced tea, with a squeeze of lemon.

DARJEELING FIRST FLUSH BLACK TEA
The Champagne of teas, Darjeeling First Flush black tea is the most sought after tea, harvested early in the season. Darjeeling First Flush is the most light and delicate of all Darjeeling teas. Grown at altitude, Darjeeling tea takes on the exquisite terroir of this Himalayan region producing an iconic and unique floral taste. Ours is certified organic and biodynamic.

DARJEELING SECOND FLUSH BLACK TEA
Harvested in the second picking of the year, Darjeeling Second Flush Black Tea tea leaves are full-bodied. Retaining that quintessential floral taste unique to Darjeeling tea, this tea comes from the unique terroir of this Himalayan region. Darjeeling teas are not as robust as those from Assam, which are typically used for masala chai. Also great iced, with a slice of orange.

CHAMOMILE FLOWERS
Sourced from the base of the Himalayas, this organic tea is harvested by a group of enterprising farmers who are working hard to preserve the soil health through their regenerative practices. These chamomile flowers will give you a relaxing, luxurious cup of tea. Known for its calming benefits, chamomile is an ideal herbal tea at the end of the day or in the late afternoon.

FRESH MINT
Refreshing and zingy, this organic, loose leaf, peppermint-led blend can be best enjoyed after a meal or in the late afternoon for a little pick-me-up. Also lovely as iced tea: brew as usual, and leave in fridge overnight.
We worked with certified regenerative organic fields and Fair for Life farmers in Uttar Pradesh, India to source this tea. These are the only certified regenerative mint farms in the country! Passionate about improving soil quality, these farmers are testing new tillage techniques and planting nitrogen-fixing cover crops, like lentils, dhaincha, and clover.
